So excited for this year and all the awesome things that are planned. I just want it all to happen quicker. I’ve got a few concerts I am anxious to see maybe a little holiday but really just want to see the results of my life style change. What I need to do is be patient …never really been so good at that.

I hope the month has been good to you all so far.

Today with sadness and also joy we say goodbye to our beautiful winter wonderland at Maison de L’amitie as we long for warmer weather. We do hope you have enjoyed it at much as we have. Thank you all for your patience as we change it up.
